Worthington Resource Pantry Selected for Kroger Columbus Fight Hunger Bag Program
Worthington Resource Pantry has been selected as a beneficiary of the Kroger Columbus Fight Hunger Bag Program for June and July 2026.
The program is part of Kroger Columbus’ Zero Hunger | Zero Waste initiative and offers shoppers a simple way to support local hunger relief organizations while completing their regular grocery shopping.
As the number of neighbors turning to the Pantry continues to grow, partnerships like this help provide food and essential resources to individuals and families across our community.
Throughout June and July, every $2.50 reusable Fight Hunger bag purchased at the participating Kroger locations below will provide $1 directly to Worthington Resource Pantry:
• 60 Worthington Mall, Worthington
• 199 Graceland Avenue, Columbus
• 1425 Worthington Centre Drive, Worthington
The Fight Hunger Bag Program also highlights Kroger Columbus’ commitment to supporting local organizations working to address food insecurity. Every other month, Kroger Columbus Store Leadership Teams select a new hunger relief organization to benefit from the program.
Community members can participate simply by purchasing a reusable Fight Hunger bag at one of the participating locations during June and July.
Every bag purchased helps support local families and reminds neighbors facing difficult times that this community continues to show up for them in big ways and small ones.
