Get Food

The Pantry is open Mondays from 10 AM to 2 PM; Wednesdays from 3 PM to 7 PM, Thursdays from 3 PM to 5 PM; and Saturdays from 10 AM to 12 PM. Full Pantry Offerings are on the 3rd and 4th Saturdays. Produce and bread is available on the 1st, 2nd, and 5th Saturdays.

Who We Serve

People who live in eight zip codes in northern Franklin and southern Delaware counties (43016, 43035, 43065, 43081, 43085, 43229, 43235, 43240) and whose income falls at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.

Procedures

We have transitioned to an indoor express service model. Please park in our lot and come inside the building.

A friendly volunteer will greet you, get you checked in, and you’ll be able to make selections by category such a meat, dairy, dry goods, produce, personal care items, and more. There is no need to sign up in advance, simply arrive during open pantry hours for same day service.

Your First Visit

  • Photo ID for the Head of Household

  • Proof of Address - a piece of mail delivered to the home address within the past thirty days (Some examples: current lease agreement; utility bill; letter from a friend with the postmark on the envelope.)

  • If you have not been to the pantry for more than a year, please bring a photo ID for the Head of Household and a proof of address.

  • You will need to sign off confirming that you meet income eligibility guidelines, but documentation is not required.

After Your First Visit

  • Photo ID for the Head of Household

  • In July each year, we re-check addresses, so be prepared to bring a proof of current address at that time.   

Proxy Shopping

Unable to make it into the pantry due to transportation, timing, or other barriers? We allow you to send a friend, family member, or other contact to shop in your place via proxy shopping. All you have to do is complete the form below and have your shopper present it at time of service!
