Ingredients

1 8oz package of hash brown potatoes

1 8oz can of cream of chicken soup

4 large boneless chicken breast 

1 8oz package of shredded cheddar cheese

1 can of corn and green beans (drained) of frozen vegetables

2 medium yellow onions (diced)

Salt & pepper to taste

 

Directions

Season and bake boneless chicken breast @ 350 degrees for 25-30 min. when the 

chicken is done let it rest for 15min to reserve all juice inside. Cute the chicken 

into medium dice then combine in crockpot with remaining ingredients. Stir all 

ingredients until well incorporated then cover the crockpot and turn heat on 

medium high for 1-2 hours. Check occasionally to adjust seasoning according to 

your taste.

 

Variations

You can use vegetables of your choice and cream soup of your choice as well. 

This ingredient yields 6 people and the total cost is $22 which comes out to $3.66 

per person.
